Charles Louis Flint (1824–1889) was an influential figure in the agricultural education movement in the United States and a pioneer in the development of dairy farming as a scientific practice. Born in Middleton, Connecticut, Flint attended Yale College and graduated in 1849. His dedication to agricultural improvement led him to serve as Secretary of the Massachusetts State Board of Agriculture for over twenty years.
