When visiting a local museum, they pick up a gladiator helmet which transports them back in time to the ancient Colosseum in Rome. Milo, Iris and Spartacus are directed by the emperor, Julius Caesar to rescue the magical 'Palladium staff" from a villainous band of outlaws and save the Roman kingdom from destruction.
