Eugene G Breen is a psychiatrist. He works in an inner city practice and dodges car clampers and inner city dogs on a daily basis. He believes in God, and country and western music, and free water. He feels strongly about fair play in the media and honesty in reporting. The people in the inner city who often live in poverty and adversity, with great simplicity and humility, have honed his view of what it means to be human. Their often humorous and light hearted approach to their lives has coloured his sense of humour, and this is seen in his use of humour in dealing with serious topics. Previous books by E G Breen include the three Human Mind and Belief books - Opening Shots; Unplugged and Reloaded. He also penned a short book on breast cancer: The Screech Owls of Breast Cancer. He has also published on medical and psychiatric topics.
