Schon während ihrer Kindheit im hohen Norden Deutschlands liebte unsere Autorin Alina Henke alle Arten von Eiscremes und Sorbets- sie konnte davon gar nicht genug bekommen! Nicht nur an heißen Sommertagen sah man sie meistens mit einer Tüte Eis in der Hand, für Alina war auch im Herbst oder Winter Eis-Zeit. Besonders die selbstgemachten Sorten ihrer Großmutter hatten es ihr angetan und brachten sie früh dazu, selbst Eis herzustellen. Nachdem sie zur Hochzeit den Thermomix geschenkt bekommen hatte, lag der Schritt nahe, selbst Eisrezepte im Thermomix zu kreieren und die ihrer Oma nachzukochen. Und so entstand eine Sammlung vieler toller Rezepte. Ihre besten davon möchte sie in diesem Buch mit dir teilen!
