Tamoghna Saha, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Entomology at Bihar Agricultural University (BAU), Sabour, Bhagalpur, Bihar and having more than five years of experience in teaching (Undergraduate and Post-graduate), research, extension and training. He is the major advisor of two M.Sc. (one completed and one pursuing) and Co-advisor around eight students in Post Graduate programme. His expertise lies on Insect Toxicology, Economic Entomology and Host Plant Resistance. His research currently covers survey and surveillance of key pests and diseases of major crops in Bihar, eco-friendly management on fruit flies and molecular characterization of brinjal shoot and fruit borer. Recently he has released two technologies for management of insect pests on vegetable crops. Dr. Saha is presently associated with All India Coordinated Research Project on Vegetable Crops where he is catering a large no of entomological field trials. He received post graduation in entomology from University Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad and acquired doctorate from Bidhan Chandra KrishiVishwavidyalaya, Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal. Dr. Saha has published many research papers, review articles and book chapters in various national and international journals. He is also an active member of editorial board of different national and international journals. Dr. Saha is a Life Fellow of Entomological Society of India. Anil, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Entomology at Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, India for the last 4 years wherein his research mainly focuses on biological control of insect-pests. His expertise lies on Insect Toxicology and Biological control. He is also supporting as co-investigator in the project on Gamma rays induced sterility in fruit fly. Additionally, he is actively engaged in Under Graduate and Post Graduate teaching programmes. The university has recognized him as the member of Research Advisory Groups on Crop Protection and Natural Resource Management, and Editorial Board for various in-house publications. He is active reviewer for three referred journals of national and international reputes. Recently, he has been awarded with Best Teacher's Award by the university.
