Anne M. Zachry has been a special education and disability resource lay advocate since 1991. She has been a paralegal supporting attorneys in special education administrative hearings and related State and federal court proceedings since 2005. She obtained her master's degree in educational psychology in 2013. Ms. Zachry's combination of work experience and scholarly knowledge give her a unique perspective into understanding the individual needs of each person impacted by our changing times and how to adapt to those changes.
