I came "out" to my family as a gay man 15 years ago. My parents, Phillip and Ruth, and my sister Janet have been stalwart supporters of both my lifestyle and my writing. I really couldn¿t have asked for a more encouraging or loving environment to explore my sexuality. I¿ve only had two serious relationships so far, and my current partner ¿ Jason T. ¿ is the inspiration for much of my recent work. "Modern Love" is my first chapbook of poems. It focuses primarily on love ¿ hence the title ¿ or frustrated love, as well as attraction and those mysterious forces that bind us all together. I also owe a big thank you to close personal friend for her help in laying out and formatting the chapbook. I¿m also working on a longer collection which will ¿ muse allowing ¿ be available in late 2013. I can be reached at [e-mail]. Also as a quick point of clarification: Someone else out there in the writing world is using my name as his pen name to write horror stories. That isn't me. I only write poetry.
