Molly Mop and Bucket meet in Reggie Lemon's Hardware store. They both hail from Moplandvia.

King Aqua and Queen Spongia rule Moplandvia with an iron rod.

Whatever you did ( be that good or bad), you had to learn to play with long sticks. Molly Mop and Bucket became masters extraordinaire at StickPlay, and when they moved to Over The Moon,

they had enormous fun teaching their friends, including Busy Miss Hoover, how to play with the long sticks!

It was around the campfire, that Molly Mop and Bucket decided to get everyone into action. They were masters at twizzling long sticks, and it turned out that not all their friends wanted to join in. A retro-style illustrated children's short story book. Positive in its attitude, easy to read, and great for together bedtime reading. This children's short story book can be a great gift for children aged 3 to 8 years. This is the 3rd book in a series of six. It has great illustrations and is a delightful read. It may even become a new favorite book! Click on the buy button to get your copy now.

An interview with the author Q…….. What was your inspiration for the 3rd children's short storybook? A…… My inspiration to transform Molly Mop and Bucket into StickPlayers extraordinaire, came from Master Shi Heng Yi, of the Shaolin Temple Europe. After watching his incredible skill with the staff and his performance of beautiful movements, I have a great respect for him.

Long sticks are an old, very functional part of life in most parts of the world. Q……… Is there a message in the story? A….. I would like to think there is a message about how when you really enjoy doing something or want to learn a skill, it does take focus, daring not to heed criticism, discipline, and strength to emerge with what you want. If you follow this, from what I have seen, people find they gain more resilience and greater self-confidence as well.

About the Author

My writing came about organically, it wasn't something I had planned, as it were.

I have always loved reading and books have been an amazing support for me throughout my life.

They have traveled everywhere with me.

As a youngster, my family lived overseas.

My grandmother used to send (from the UK ) rolled-up comics every week to my sister Christine and me.

At the time we lived in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

The comics were one of the highlights of the week.

To this day, Dennis the Menace, Desperate Dan, and Beryl the Peril remain on the list of my best-loved characters.
