The book "Monetary Democracy" describes a complementary democratic system in which citizens determine a part of the national budget by themselves. This approach is unique in its characteristics. It allows to reduce democratic deficits in States and in the European Union, as well as negative consequences of neoliberalism. The "monetary climate policy in consideration of efficiency" represents a complimentary approach to international climate change agreement, as these are not coping with the danger of global climate change. Wrong developments are pointed out in short chapters. Here, we encounter the dogmas of our society. The validities of these dogmas are to review and, if necessary, to reject.
