Monty Sandhu is founder of The Financial Coaching Academy, which provides financial coaching services to both individuals and groups. He is a specialist in Financial Psycholinguistics and creator of The Financial Battlefield of Your Mind coaching programme. His passion is `Bringing Life to Wealth.¿ Monty has had a varied and successful career as a logistics manager, IT professional, e-business analyst, and personal performance coach. However, he describes his personal journey as one marked by frustration and disappointment resulting from a lifelong series of financial mistakes. Monty has known the intolerable pain of feeling immature and dysfunctional in the area of money¿a pain which he realised is shared by many others in one way or another, regardless of their age or income. Monty decided to seek out the tools and strategies he needed to overcome the obstacles and limits in his own financial life. It was during this journey, on which he continues, that his personal philosophy of `learn it, live it, teach it¿ started to take shape. Then, having trained and worked as a Money Coach with an international faith-based debt counselling charity, he found that most of his clients were simply failing to apply their newly-acquired money management skills. He therefore made it his mission to take people beyond the sheer mechanics of money management, to helping them attain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with money.
