Autorenporträt
Mira T. Sundara Rajan is the Canada Research Chair in Intellectual Property Law and Director of the Intellectual Property Law Program at the University of British Columbia. She has published widely on copyright issues, including a scholarly book entitled Copyright and Creative Freedom, Routledge 2006. Her work is also well-known in the European Union, where she collaborates regularly with EU bodies such as the Council of Europe, and with a number of patent offices in EU countries. She is also the editor of Intellectual Property: Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States published with regular updates by Oxford University Press. She is an expert on Indian and Russian copyright law.
