Lara Christie is a dreamer, a reader, a writer, a traveller and a movie enthusiast. Married to an Irish chef, she loves eating out and can't get enough of sushi and ice cream. She is a fan of fantasy books, superheroes and good-looking, friendly vampires. Originally from the Philippines, she lived in New York and Boston before moving back to Ireland with her husband and two little princesses, who are her true inspirations. She insists that going on regular holidays is much needed if you want to be a successful stay-at-home, full-time mama. It is because of her strong faith and love for family and friends, that Lara keeps a positive outlook on life and knows that there is a lot to be thankful for. Forever day-dreaming, Lara believes the world is full of rainbows and butterflies, we just need to know where to look and how to catch them.
