At the age of 70, Grandma Sally, as her grandchildren and great grandchildren lovingly call her, began writing Grandmothers Nature Stories, her series of children's books. The purpose of the stories is to bring more peace into our world by teaching children, valuable life lessons such as acceptance, forgiveness, kindness, and friendship. She is a watercolor artist and has chosen to illustrate her own books. She has lovingly created delightful young animal characters. She shares numerous nature facts along with valuable life lessons through the adventures of these young animals. She hopes to instill love and respect for our earth through the nature of facts. Grandma Sally feels that it is her calling to bring as much peace and love into this world as she can. She makes Peacefully For You weighted bears and blankets to help bring peace and calm to many people. She is also a practicing Reiki master, vibrational sound practitioner, and a chef. She lives peacefully with grandpa Gregg, and they are precious dog Lily.
