Rochelle Owens has been married for thirty-seven years to Pastor John Owens II. They have five children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and eight grandchildren. She works alongside her husband in ministry at Christian Temple Worship Center in Irving, Texas. Rochelle is very passionate about giving back. She volunteers in her community, state, and on a national level, advocating for people with disabilities' right to work and live independently. She is a member of Texas Rehab Action Network (TRAN), one of the largest professional organizations supporting public vocational rehabilitation in the U.S. She has served on the board, chaired committees, served as president in 2013, and currently mentoring as past president. She holds a bachelor degree in business administration, masters in rehabilitation counseling, and is national certified rehabilitation counselor. She feels blessed to have an opportunity to have a profession that allows her to share her passion, which God has given her to empower others.
