In a reference section in the back of the book, there are two sets of questions for each story. The first set is focused exclusively on the story. The second set is a chance to explore the topic personally. After the questions, there are a few thoughts offered by the author. One use of this book, in addition to thought-provoking entertainment, is an alternative to business case studies. In the back of this book, there are indexes for themes and settings. These may be useful to managers, trainers, and facilitators looking for an appropriate story to share concerning a specific need. But, anyone interested in ghost stories is in for a treat by reading this book. It is the author's hope that through this book, a match will be lit in the darkness that can engulf each of us.
