Autorenporträt
K. Heavens was born in Manchester, England. She spent her formative years in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a Registered Nurse with a passion for writing. From an early age, she always enjoyed writing and telling stories. Her passion for story telling was further nurtured by her grandmother who would spend hours in the evening telling folk stories to Kay and her siblings with songs and choruses. Although her father worried that a career path in writing may not be a sustainable source of livelihood. This never prevented Kay from writing. Her father will give positive feedback on her writing. Whenever something came to mind, Kay would be sure to scribble it down. Kay continues to work as a Registered nurse.
