Ann Dupuis is Associate Professor of Sociology in the School of Social and Cultural Studies at Massey University, New Zealand and Jennifer Dixon is Dean and Professor of Planning at the National Institute of Creative Arts and Industries at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
