Li Pan is Full Professor of Translation Studies, Head of the Translation and Interpreting Department of the Faculty of English Language and Culture, and Director of the Center for Translation and Communication, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China. Her main research interests include discourse analysis of multimodal translation, audiovisual translation, and news translation. Xiaoping Wu is Associate Professor at the Department of Languages and Cultures, Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College, China. She has published extensively on social media discourse studies, media and translation studies, and intercultural studies. Tian Luo is Professor of Translation Studies at Southwest University, China. His main research interests include military translation history, multimodal translation studies, discourse analysis, and corpus-based translation studies. Hong Qian is Associate Professor and Associate Head of Department of Languages and Cultures at Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College, China. Her research interests are multimodal discourse analysis, intercultural communication and translation, and technology-infused translation pedagogy.
