A biography of Ahmed Amin, in which he talks about his life experiences starting from the study stage in Umm Abbas Elementary School, then his transfer to Al -Azhar and the Judicial School, then the positions he held in the judiciary and teaching, to his appointment as a professor and dean of the Faculty of Arts. He says about writing in the biography: "I did not call anything from the composition of what I have been calling out to direct this book, and the eye does not see itself except with a mirror, and if it increases the matter of something, it is difficult to see, and the soul does not see its person except from the words of an enemy or a friend. That and we went through it. However, how is fairness? It itself is the position of the just, so the demand of Ezz even for philosophers and wise. " The distinction of this book is that it informs us of the social, cultural and political conditions prevailing in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.
