I wrote this book to help people who have minds that are a little too loud, just like mine, to anyone whose thoughts don't let them sleep at night, to anyone who is struggling to find hope and doesn't think they'll ever heal this book is for you. This book will take you on a ride through some of the darkest thoughts, but some will make you smile.
