Carine Mansilla worked close to thirty years at the headquarters of an international organization in Washington, USA. She is an experienced language and training professional. As a translator, she has extensive experience in translating technical documents for international organizations. She is a court interpreter and also interprets for limited English persons at local jails and during medical consultations, among others. She has authored various books, including a novel, children's stories, poetry and a biographical work under the pen name Noelle Bolou.
