And so it was that He created Brian Kagan. And now that Brian has been to the mountaintopthe Catskillshe's ready to give the world a look into his shorts. That is, his first collection of short, personal essays.

Before turning to writing this collection, Kagan spent an illustrious forty-five-year career as a strategic brand and marketing adviser, working with compa- nies and individuals like Pentax Corporation, FedEx, Westin Hotels, World Relief, First Book, Academy of Country Music, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, and Kenny Rogers. Kagan currently resides in Colorado with his wife, Lynn, and his dog, Bailey.
