Laurent Combalbert négociateur professionnel, ex-négociateur du RAID et diplômé de l'École Nationale Supérieure des Officiers de Police et formé à la National Academy du Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Il a été Officier-négociateur au sein d'un groupe d'intervention spécialisé dans la gestion des crises et la résolution de prises d'otages (RAID). Il enseigne la négociation complexe à HEC. Il préside The Trusted Agency et intervient auprès de tous types d'organisations en tant que conférencier, conseiller ou formateur.
