Francesca Mapua Filbey is a Professor of Cognition and Neuroscience, and Bert Moore Endowed Chair of BrainHealth(TM), for the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at the University of Texas, Dallas. She conducts research aimed to understand the biobehavioral mechanisms of addictive disorders towards the improvement of early detection and intervention.
