Geake is the author of thirteen books related to Rhode Island and New England history, including A History of the Narragansett Tribe of Rhode Island: Keepers of the Bay, The New England Mariner Tradition and Colonial Curiosities, as well as five others published by The History Press. His most recent books are From Slaves to Soldiers: The 1st Rhode Island Regiment in the Revolutionary War and Fired a Gun at the Rising of the Sun: The Journal of Noah Robinson of Attleborough during the Revolutionary War.
