As well as the practical meditational invocations and mantras, "The New Heaven and the New Earth" also contains a 30 page glossary of spiritual terminology. All the techniques in the book can be practised by anybody and the book contains links to audio files on the publisher's website that give the correct pronunciation of the mantras.

Although the contents of "The New Heaven and the New Earth" may appear to be the results of painstaking research, nothing could be further from the truth.
