PhD in Telecommunications from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and PhD in New Media Art Restoration from the Universidad Europea de Madrid. Producer and restorer of new media art. He is a regular collaborator of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and professor at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
