It's the future. Unemployment is down to 50%, so people have a lot more leisure time and they want to be entertained. They're bored with practically everything that's been done before, so it's the job of a Newsmaker not just to report the news, but to invent it. Mr Mulligan is interviewing the new Newsmaker and encouraging him to use his imagination like his dad used to until he got killed. Will he be able to come up with any new ideas?
