Michael Nwankpa is the Founding Director and Director of Research at the Centre for African Conflict and Development, London, United Kingdom, an independent research centre and charity dedicated to supporting focused, evidence-based, original and high-quality independent and collaborative research on African conflicts and development issues. He is also an associate fellow at Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), London, United Kingdom. He currently teaches postgraduate students on the online Liverpool John Moores University's master's degree programme in International Relations, Liverpool, United Kingdom and supervises PhD students at Unicaf University, Zambia.
