Autorenporträt
Susan Wackerbarth grew up in Seattle, and came to live on Hawai'i Island by way of South Africa and Southeast Alaska. She has an MA in English from the University of Washington and an MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College. She teaches English at the University of Hawai'i at Hilo and lives in Waiakea Uka with her husband and many animals.
