Autorenporträt
From 1984 to 1991, Paul Gerritson served in the US Air Force and at the Defense Intelligence Agency. His self-initiated research on countering mobile ballistic missile threats through creative detection led to his receipt of the National Foreign Intelligence Medal of Achievement from the Director of Central Intelligence, the US Air Force Medal of Achievement, and recognition by the Director of DIA for Meritorious Service during Operation Desert Storm. From 1992-2005, he served as a 911 and Critical Care Paramedic and EMS Operations Director in New Mexico. He attended Wayland Baptist University and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned his Master of Divinity. He pastored three congregations from 2004-2012. Currently, Paul is the Area Director-Pastor for the Triangle Christian Medical & Dental Associations in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area. His life journey has equipped him to fulfill His passion: teaching those in all aspects of healthcare to use their privileged position to glorify God and serve humanity by keeping faith at the core of their practice. Paul lives in Durham, North Carolina with his wife Judy. They enjoy cycling, tennis, and travel.
