Brecht Volders is a researcher in the Department of Politics at the Universiteit Antwerpen, Belgium, and a PhD candidate. Tom Sauer is Associate Professor in International Politics at the Universiteit Antwerpen, Belgium, and author of Eliminating Nuclear Weapons: The Role of Missile Defense (2011).
