Julia Bocox has always been interested in photography and has had a passion for sharing her ideas and interests through her photographs.

Julie and her husband, Bob, of thirty-five years live in California, where the beaches are home to her inspiration. She has two sons and three beautiful grandchildren. One son has been in the army, so the power of prayer for his protection and relying on God's promises has been her strength.

Recently, God had inspired Julie to create this devotional and relate to all those who have had similar trials and experiences. Like others, Julie and her husband have lived through tough times, losing jobs, houses, financial stability, etc. God has always been their focal point. It was during these times that Julie gained her inspiration to share her photos and her thoughts through Ocean Devotions.
