And, he took up the challenge from one of his classmates to undertake a whale-watching trip. He went with his parents to see the whales.

Since her adolescence, Yu-yen Li had dreamt of being an author. She had worked in international organizations, and had set a goal of reaching out to the young generations through writing. She had turned that dream into reality. She would like to encourage children to read and learn, to help build their inquisitive minds, and to inspire them to work and live with hope in a fast-changing world. She had written two children's books'Philo Our Dog' published in 2013, and 'The Boy and Red Squirrel' published in 2017.

Yu-yen Li lives in Switzerland. She also enjoys music and painting.
