As one day turns into the next, time stops at three 'o three and the veil between dimensions shatters, revealing a second moon. All manner of creature from horror stories begin to freely roam my hometown and Hallow Eve herself plans to take over my world; turning it into a playground for her army of monsters - which I doubt means anything good for me or humanity.

Amidst the chaos I ended up getting lumped with a clueless, amnesiac girl who accidentally called herself 'Lupy'. She also happens to be a werewolf with a habit of transforming at inopportune moments. In a desperate bid for help I went to my friend Tobey but he was as useless as ever, but really, what should I have expected from a perverted alien? To complicate matters there's a secretive faction called the EFFCCAT who want to stop Hallow Eve by eliminating me.

I only have a limited amount of time to stop Hallow Eve, and the worst part is that I have to rely on my friends.
