Autorenporträt
Bruce Scates is a respected historian and author who has led several historical tours of the battlefields and commemorative sites of the Great War. As Professor of History and Australian Studies at Monash University, he is the media go-to expert for commentary on the Anzacs and war and is often featured in newspaper opinion columns, TV documentaries, and on radio. Bruce has served on the National Committee investigating mass graves at Fromelles and now presides over the History and Heritage Panel of the Anzac Centenary Advisory Board.
