However conflict with a Yankee Lieutenant will send Christopher on the road again, Christophers travels take him to Indian territory where he meets Hannah a widow woman who is lonely raising two young children. Meeting this strong willed women challenges him. She challenges him to find peace with God which he struggles with. Redemption will come only if he choses to accept it.
