Feeling betrayed he decides to still run away but on his way he gets caught by the stablehand. When they're almost caught the stablehand is forced to tag along with the boy and they go on a long journey to escape to a nearby country where arranged marriages are band and the boy can be openly gay. And the more time the stablehand and the boy spend together feelings start to grow between them. But along the way they escape many traps as the young girl and the boy's families and the authorities try to capture the young boy and stablehand who is an accomplice. Can that make it to the neighboring country in time or will their journey have an unfortunate end?
