Horace McDonald has worked his way through Unilever, EMI Records, The Guardian Media Group, The Gap Partnership, System1 Group and now Scotwork. The jobs he's done have all had a people component either managing clients or people and he fell into negotiation 'by accident'. It's a subject that he gets asked about all the time and it never ceases to amaze him how little people understand it.
