Autorenporträt

Jordan Parkinson has enjoyed telling stories her entire life. Growing up on a farm with a large family taught her the importance of people and interconnectedness, which inspired her to go on to receive a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in English. She has aspirations to eventually receive a Ph.D and to continue to learn about people and their lives, using storytelling as a bridge. She believes that the characters in her works, though fictional, are people she has to meet and get to know through the process of telling their stories.
