Paul Lamb lives near Kansas City, but whenever he gets the chance, he escapes to his Ozark cabin, which is much like the one in this novel. He has an M.A. in English and Writing from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and his stories have appeared in dozens of literary magazines. He blogs about his writing and other oddments at Lucky Rabbit's Foot. He is known to drink gallons of iced tea (unsweetened, of course) and is rarely found far from his laptop.
