Autorenporträt
HL Serra served under VADM Elmo Zumwalt as Naval Intelligence Liaison Officer (NILO) in Ha Tien, Vietnam on the Cambodian border in 1970. He practices law and is a law professor in San Diego, California, and has lectured at the Office of Naval Intelligence in Washington DC. He can be reached at hlserra@sbcglobal.net. He is also the author of NILO Ha Tien- A Novel of Naval Intelligence in Cambodia, and a play, The Sihanoukville Inquiry, both available from Author House.
