The second volume of Copernicus's minor works contains critical editions and German translations of his economic, humanistic, and medical works. It includes his Latin translation of the Greek "Letters" of the seventh-century Byzantine scholar Theophylaktos Simokattes, which was printed in Krakow in 1509, as well as Copernicus's memoranda on coinage and a complete edition of his surviving medical and pharmaceutical texts and notes.
