Perhaps if they're on the receiving end in the future they won't slap back in remembrance of how you reacted. If you have stolen, forgive yourself and steal no more. If you have been rude and angry, forgive yourself and these emotions will decrease permanently. Ever unemotionally listen to two people arguing? Each is not listening, really listening, to the other because they're thinking of a response. If you come out of an extreme argument and fail to get your point across, do you feel good? Arguing is pointless and serves no positive purpose. So forgive yourself and argue no more. Most importantly, forgive yourself for not believing God Is. Bob
