When a third woman goes missing, Lance believes there is a serial killer in his town. Looking for anything that might lead him to the missing woman and the killer, Lance enlists the help of Officer Mandy Spinnett. She thinks like a cop, she's a member of campus security and she has a personal relationship with the missing woman. Lance recognizes Mandy as a valued asset to his investigation. Unfortunately, she also bears a striking resemblance to the victims. With very little evidence to go on, Lance rushes against the clock to track down the killer. But he may already be too late to stop a madman who has turned his focus on Mandy.
