Steve Barber has been involved in wargaming most of his adult life, as a professional sculptor of miniatures. He has also written four wargame rule books and painted miniatures professionaly. He continues to paint miniatures for his own American Civil War collection. This book is a chance to share the many techniques he has learned during his career.
