The German occupiers are releasing a Normandy stagecoach from winter Rouen, which includes representatives of the affluent sections of society, two nuns and a fat prostitute nicknamed Pampushka. At first, the Greek ladies unite against this unpleasant passenger, but when they are hungry, they willingly indulge in the provisions she has reserved and forget about their enmity. During the overnight stop, the Prussian officer refuses to allow the stagecoach to continue until Pampushka surrenders to him.
