Geoff Holder is the author of more than 20 books on strange events in the North of England and in Scotland. Now a fulltime writer, he has written articles, newspaper columns, given hundreds of talks, led guided walks around some of the Britain's most historic cities, and produced an award-winning television series (Mysterious Scotland). He lives in Perth, and his previous books include The Guide to the Mysterious Lake District.
