Parlay is a book I believe many people can relate to. Over the past few years, many people have been dealing with lingering mental health issues, just as I did. I assist others by using my experiences of stress and depression to better their mental health. I open up parts of my life I usually wouldn't share with those that are not close to me. I discuss specific stressors I've dealt with, times of depression that I've been in, and unforgiveness I've held onto. Along my journey i've learned what the power of counseling, therapy, and prayer can do to change a persons mood, mind, health, and actions for the better.
