Siefken is professor of political science at the German Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences and Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Parliamentary Research (IParl) in Berlin. Hilmar Rommetvedt is research professor of political science at NORCE Norwegian Research Centre in Stavanger, Norway.
